Founder & Managing Director | The Matrix Solution
My journey in the home-appliance and technical service industry began in 2015, after completing my Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (DEEE) from Ramu Seetha Polytechnic College.
I started my career through freelance and contract-based home-appliance service assignments. Working directly with customers gave me a strong understanding of the challenges they face—not only in choosing the right products, but also in installation, maintenance, technical support and dependable after-sales service.
In 2020, I transformed this experience into an organized business by establishing The Matrix Solution in Sellur, Madurai, with a team of just two employees.
What began as a small technical-service operation has steadily evolved into a growing professional organization. In 2023, we moved our operations to Palanganatham, Madurai, creating a stronger foundation for our next phase of growth.
Today, with a 20+ member professional team, The Matrix Solution is expanding its capabilities across Air Conditioning, Solar Energy, Water Heating, Domestic RO Water Purification, Heat Pump Solutions, Kitchen Chimney Services and related home-appliance solutions.
We believe the future of this industry belongs to companies that combine technology, technical expertise, operational discipline and customer trust.
Our objective is therefore not simply to sell a product or complete a service. We aim to understand the customer's requirement, recommend the right solution, execute professionally and remain available throughout the product lifecycle.
